Frayed redwood bark. Rusty brown in color. Gorilla Hair is most notably used on slopes and for its fire management properties. Due to its stringy nature and ability to coalesce, it makes for an excellent erosion control mulch. It’s a lightweight and long-lasting product that can double as a standard mulch as well. If King Kong’s got anything on anybody, it’s definitely not on this bark!
